FAQ

01

Do you offer a ticket payment plan?

You can now reserve your tickets for RiSE 2019 for only $29 per ticket, plus a $10 financing fee. This will reserve your spot prior to the event selling out. All of the ticket processing fees are collected up front, so on August 19th, only the remaining ticket price will be charged to your credit card. For example, if you purchased a $99 ticket and pay the $29 deposit along with all fees, on August 19 you will only be charged $50 there will be no additional fees or taxes at that time. If you wish to cancel your ticket purchase, you may do so prior to August 19th. The $29 will be refunded and you will not be charged the balance.

*Please note that the $10 financing fee and the ticket processing fees will not be refunded. After August 19th, tickets are non-refundable.

FAQ
