What do I get with my ticket package?
Each RISE ticket package comes with 2 lanterns, a marker for your lantern, and a cushion. You will pick up your guest kit right after you enter the venue. Each person entering the festival is required to have their own ticket.
Silver Package:
The Silver Package includes the RISE Sky Lantern Ceremony, Two Music Stages in the Desert, Six Musical Performances, Two Sky Lanterns, Desert Cushion, Unlimited Water Refills, Access to all Art Installations, and Access to Meditation Halos.
Gold Package:
The Gold Package includes the RISE Sky Lantern Ceremony, Two Music Stages in the Desert, Six Musical Performances, Two Sky Lanterns, Portable Desert Cushion, Unlimited Water Refills, Access to all Art Installations, and Access to RISE Meditation Halos, Expedited Event Entry, Access to the RISE Desert Clubs, and Access to VIP Restrooms.
Platinum Package:
The Platinum Package includes the RISE Sky Lantern Ceremony, Two Music Stages in the Desert, Six Musical Performances, Two Sky Lanterns, Portable Desert Cushion, Unlimited Water Refills, Access to all Art Installations, and Access to RISE Meditation Halos, Expedited Event Entry, Access to the RISE Desert Clubs, and Access to VIP Restrooms, Reserved VIP Areas, Access to the RISE VIP Havens, Complimentary Gourmet Food, Complimentary Open Bar, and Access to the RISE VIP Private Retreats.
Diamond Package:

How will I receive my ticket?
Tickets will be electronically delivered via email at the time of purchase.
Can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Does one ticket get me into all three nights?
No. Each night requires a ticket. You must purchase a ticket for the specific night you wish to attend.
Are tickets transferable to a different night?
No. Tickets may not be transferred to a different night.
Are RISE tickets available for purchase on third-party vendor/reseller sites?
All sales are final. RISE does not offer refunds or exchanges. Please be aware that resellers and scalpers use the RISE name to sell overpriced and invalid tickets. We recommend that you only purchase authentic RISE tickets online through www.risefestival.com and our ticketing partner events.com.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN AREAS RESERVED FOR GOLD, PLATINUM, AND DIAMOND TICKET HOLDERS
Yes, when accompanied by an adult with the appropriate RISE ticket, children 12 and under may enter the corresponding areas reserved for Gold, Platinum, and Diamond ticket holders.
TRANSPORTATION & ACCOMMODATIONS
What is the address of the event?
RISE is held roughly 20 miles south of Las Vegas at the Jean Dry Lake Bed near Jean, NV. Please follow these instructions to get to the event: If coming from California driving North on I-15, take Exit 12 for Jean Goodsprings and follow signage and traffic management to Jean Dry Lakebed. If coming from downtown Las Vegas driving South on I-15, take Exit 25 for Sloan and follow signage and traffic management to Jean Dry Lakebed.
How do I purchase a parking pass?
Parking passes are available for purchase at the time you purchase your RISE event ticket.
How do I purchase a luxury coach pass?
Luxury Coach passes are available for purchase online until September 15, 2025.
- Pickup and drop-off locations:
- The Las Vegas Strip – We will contact you at a later date to confirm your pick up location.
Coaches leave every 30 minutes from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Return coaches operate from 8:30 pm to midnight.
Is there camping on-site?
We currently do not allow camping at the event.
Can I take an Uber or a Lyft to and from the event?
Due to the remote location of the RISE event, vehicles from Uber, Lyft, or other ride share companies of any type are not allowed. Please purchase RISE parking or a RISE luxury coach pass instead.
General Info
Are the lanterns safe?
Yes. However, with any open flame, there is a possibility to burn yourself or others if you aren’t careful when lighting and releasing your lanterns. Please exercise caution and remember that RISE is an outdoor event in the desert with many risks from the weather and the natural environment.
Are the lanterns biodegradable?
The lanterns are 100% biodegradable. We will recover 100% of the lanterns, plus any additional litter found in the landing area, as part of our commitment to leaving the area better than we found it.
Can I buy extra lanterns?
Extra lanterns can be purchased at any RISE merchandise tent at the venue while supplies last. Please be aware that for safety and environmental reasons, lanterns cannot be taken home.
Can I write on my sky lantern?
Absolutely. RISE becomes more meaningful when you personalize your lanterns. Inscribe them with a message, prayer, or resolution. We’ll provide you with the right type of markers that won’t damage lanterns in the process.
Can I light my lanterns if I’m attending alone?
Yes, but you’ll need to be friendly and recruit someone sitting near you to help. The lanterns require 2-3 people to launch.
Are animals allowed?
Only trained service animals are permitted.
Rules:
NO emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals.
Pets are NOT allowed and will be turned away.
Legitimate service animals that are properly trained and under the responsible care of their owners will be provided with the appropriate credentials.
Service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed and leashed unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices.
Anyone bringing a service animal will be responsible and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
All animals should have legally required vaccinations (which may need to be verified).
Am I allowed to bring my own food and beverages?
Unfortunately, no outside food or beverages are allowed at RISE. However, we will have a great selection of delicious, healthy food and a full selection of beverages including complimentary water for all RISE guests.
What can I bring to the event?
We do not allow any blankets, chairs, coolers, wagons, pillows, or umbrellas as these items are tripping and fire hazards. Drones, drugs, alcohol, weapons, and outside food or drinks are not allowed except for sealed bottled water. You may bring small bags and backpacks, but all will be searched upon check-in for drugs, alcohol, vapes of any kind, outside food or beverages, weapons, or any other hazardous or prohibited items. Please keep in mind that RISE is held on federal land, therefore federal drug and alcohol laws apply at the venue.
