Final Sale Policy

All merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect size, color preference, change of mind, or event cancellation. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details — including product selection, size, quantity, and shipping information — are correct at the time of purchase. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@risefestival.com. To process a claim, you may be required to provide:

  • A description of the defect or damage.
  • Photographic evidence.
  • Your order number and proof of purchase.

Upon review, we may offer a replacement or refund at our sole discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Responsibility
