Lost & Found
Lose something on at RISE? Learn how to protect your items ahead of arriving and where to view found items in real time.
Recommended Precautions:
- Preventing device theft: keep track of your device in high traffic areas, turn off access to airplane mode from your lock screen (in your settings) and look out for individuals watching you and not the show.
- Prior to coming out to the desert, please record your phone’s serial number. If law enforcement can recover your device, we will need that number to reunite you with your cellphone.
- If you suspect your phone was stolen: immediately report it at either of our Info booths on The Path. If your phone location is still available, an immediate notification is critical for security. If you believe you have identified the individual who has stolen your phone, flag down any staff member or security before engaging.
FAQs
Where is Lost & Found located?
- Lost & Found is located at the NW and SW Info Booths on The Path.
- If you have access to your own mobile device (or a friend’s), you can view items ONLINE ANYTIME on this page below.
When is it open?
Our on-site service hours are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM. You can also view items ONLINE ANYTIME on this page below.
What if I have left the festival? What happens now?
If you missed us during our service hours, but see your item on the posted inventory, submit a claim for it below. Our team reviews all claims and may ask for more details before verifying ownership. Once we’ve matched your claim you’ll receive a confirmation email with return options – like in-person pick up on festival show days or shipping if you’ve left town. Shipping costs will be at the owner’s expense.
How updated is the inventory on Lost & Found?
Items are added to the website as quickly as possible by our team receiving them. We recommend filling out a Loss Report if you don’t see your item listed on the website. A Loss Report will notify you when something similar to your item gets turned in up to 5 days after filling it out.
What if I found something at the festival? Where do I turn it in?
Take found items to the nearest Info Booth on The Path. Please DO NOT hand over items to random staff or security guards.
I see my item! How do I get it back?
If you’re at the festival, stop by one of the Info Booths on The Path. Be warned- the wait in line varies throughout the day, so we recommend submitting a Claim for the item instead. This allows the Lost & Found team to ask for additional details to verify ownership, if necessary. Once a claim is confirmed, you’ll receive an email to pick up your item or have it shipped! Shipping costs will be at the owner’s expense.
What if I don’t see my item on the website?
Rather than keeping you from your RISE experience, we encourage you to submit a Loss Report. The report lets us know what you lost, and you get notified whenever an item similar to yours gets turned in up to 5 days after filling it out. You can fill out a Loss Report on your mobile device (or a friend’s) or at any Info Booth inside the festival.
What if I think my item was stolen?
We recommend filing a crime report with the Las Vegas Police Department.
