Every attendee will receive two sky lanterns, a marker, and a ground mat to sit on.

All lanterns are 100% biodegradable and we recover all lanterns from the surrounding desert after the event.

What to expect

RiSE has been thoughtful design from start to finish to be a complete experience. The music, art, venue design, and the timing of the Fire and Lantern Ritual have all been designed to resonate with the natural progression of the times of day and movement of the sun, moon and stars. To get the full effect, we recommend arriving between 3:00 - 4:00 pm leaving between 9:00 - 10:00 pm.

The day begins with energetic music, food, drinks, art, and connecting with friends and loved ones. As the sun disappears, we will transition into the Fire and Lantern Ritual. Our host will guide you as you light your torch and lantern in time with the music and natural wonders of the transitioning night.

Villages on the North and South of the venue will include dining tables, sun shades, food trucks, merchandise and an open air market for drinks and snacks.

Arrival

RiSE takes place at Jean Dry Lake Bed located in the Mojave Desert 25 miles south of Las Vegas. Parking is available on Jean Dry Lake Bed with purchase of a $30 parking pass.

If approaching from the south on I-15 , take exit 12 for Jean Goodsprings and follow signage and traffic management to Jean Dry Lake Bed. If approaching from the North on I-15, take exit 25 for Sloan and follow signage and traffic management to the venue.

Parking hang tags will be mailed to the address you provide, as the event gets closer. They must be visible at the time you arrive at the venue.

Parking for RV’s is not allowed.

Please note that due to the remote location of the event, Ubers, Lyfts, and rideshares of any type are not allowed.

Shuttle

Shuttle pick-up/drop-off can be at Mandalay Bay Road just outside the Main Delano Entrance, which is directly adjacent to the Mandalay Bay/Delano Parking Garage.

If you purchase a shuttle pass, your shuttle pass is embedded in the QR code for your ticket. Your festival ticket will allow you to get on the shuttle and to get into the event.

Shuttles will depart approximately every 30 minutes from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Shuttles from the event back to the hotels run from 8:30pm to 11:00 pm. They will leave continuously once they are full.

Shuttle passes must be purchased by September 14th.

Please note that due to the remote location of the event, Ubers, Lyfts, and rideshares of any type are not allowed.

Masks must be worn while riding on the shuttle buses to and from the event.

Food and Drink

Villages at the North and South end of the venue include restrooms, merchandise, food trucks, drinks, and shaded seating.

ADA Accommodations

If you are unable to make the 700 meter walk from the parking / shuttle area to the venue, we provide a complementary shuttle for those with ADA needs. This shuttle will run from the parking / shuttle area to the venue.

If you plan to make use of this shuttle, please indicate that you have ADA needs when you purchase tickets. You will receive two complimentary tickets for the on-site ADA shuttle, one for you and one for a guest to accompany you.

If you are in need of a wheel chair lift from either the strip or the on site ADA shuttle, please provide that information through the ticketing process.
