Thousands of kindred spirits gathered to celebrate ten years of Art, Music, and Light. Together we wrote heartfelt messages on our lanterns and watched them RISE — a sea of lanterns carrying our dreams into the stars.

The RISE 10th Anniversary was more than a festival — it was a shared heartbeat, a moment suspended in time, and a reminder of the beauty we create when we come together.
