Located on the Moapa River Indian Reservation just behind the Moapa Travel Plaza off exit 75 on I-15, about 32 miles northeast of Las Vegas. If using a GPS please search Moapa Travel Center.

3:30 pm to 4:10 pm – Timmy the Teeth
4:00pm to 5:20 pm – City of the Son
5:20pm to 6:20pm – Joshua James
6:20pm to 7:20pm – Magic Giant
7:20pm to 8:00pm – Vancouver Sleep Clinic
8:15pm* – First launch of lanterns in unison.
8:45pm* – Second launch of lanterns in unison.
8:50pm* – Fireworks
8:50pm to 10:15pm – Lantern releases and music by DJ Tyler Pixels
*The exact time of lantern release may be moved by up to 30 minutes for optimal wind conditions.

Food and drinks
There will be over a dozen unique and delicious local food truck options on site. These options as well as wine and Lagunitas beer will be available for purchase from 3:30pm until 10:00 pm
Parking is available on site with purchase of a $29 parking pass. Parking passes must be purchased online at the time you purchase your event ticket.
Parking hang tags will be mailed to the address you provide when purchasing your ticket. They must be visible at the time you arrive at the venue.
Parking for RV’s is not allowed.
Shuttles will run from Mandalay Bay, Red Rock, and Aliante with the purchase of a $39 shuttle pass. Shuttle passes must be purchased online at the time you purchase your event ticket.
Shuttle passes will be electronic and delivered VIA email at the time of purchase.
Shuttles will depart approximately every 30 minutes from 2:15 pm to 8:30 pm. Shuttles from the event back to the hotels run from 8:30pm to 11:00 pm. They will leave continuously once they are full.
Walk between parking and the venue
There is a 10-15 minute 1000 meter walk from the parking/shuttle area to the venue. Plan accordingly and wear comfortable footwear.
If you are unable to make the 1000 meter walk from the parking / shuttle area to the venue, we provide a complementary shuttle for those with ADA needs. This shuttle will run from the parking / shuttle area to the venue.
If you plan to make use of this shuttle, please indicate that you have ADA needs when you purchase tickets. You will receive two complimentary tickets for the on-site ADA shuttle, one for you and one for a guest to accompany you.
If you are in need of a wheel chair lift from either the strip or the on site ADA shuttle, please provide that information through the ticketing process.
